The American Cancer Society, with counsel from the club’s professionals, reserves the right to cancel the tournament due to inclement weather which deems the course unplayable or unsafe for guests. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, your sponsorship and/or registration will be considered a charitable donation

Participants and guests need to provide a photo ID the evening of the dinner and day of golf to gain access to the clubhouse and course.
Cell phones are not permitted on the golf course or in the clubhouse.
Vaquero has a no tipping policy. All tips and gratuity are included in the player ticket cost.
Slacks or golf shorts, and shirts with sleeves and collars are required.
